Tuli Enterprise is a licensed pharmaceutical wholesaler and exporter based in India. All products listed on this website are supplied only to licensed importers, hospitals, pharmacies, and distributors in accordance with the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940, CDSCO export regulations, and the laws of the importing country. We do not sell medicines to individuals or for personal use.

All pharmaceutical products supplied by Tuli Enterprise are sourced from approved and WHO-GMP compliant manufacturers and are shipped only against valid:

• Purchase orders

• Import licenses (from buyer’s country)

• Prescriptions (where applicable)

• CDSCO export NOC (where required)

All product descriptions, images, and technical details provided on this website are for reference and professional use only. Final product packaging, labeling, and appearance may vary depending on the manufacturer, batch, and regulatory requirements of the destination country.

Orders are processed only after verification of the buyer’s business credentials, drug license, and import authorization. Tuli Enterprise reserves the right to reject any order that does not meet regulatory or compliance requirements.

Prices displayed are indicative and subject to change based on:

• Shipping and logistics costs

Final prices are confirmed through a formal proforma invoice.

Delivery timelines vary depending on destination country, customs clearance, and regulatory approvals. All customs duties, taxes, import permits, and clearance charges are the responsibility of the buyer in the destination country. Tuli Enterprise is not responsible for local import restrictions, customs delays, or regulatory actions taken by foreign authorities.
