Myfortic 360mg Tablet belongs to a group of medicines called immunosuppressants. It is used with other medicines to prevent your body from rejecting an organ (such as a kidney, heart, or liver) after a transplant. It works by weakening your body’s immune system, so it does not attack the transplanted organ.

The amount of Myfortic 360mg Tablet you take depends on the type of transplant you have. Follow your doctor’s instructions on this. This medicine may be taken with our without food. Swallow it as a whole, do not crush, chew, break, or open them. Take the medicine regularly to get the most benefit and keep taking it even if you feel well. If you stop taking it, you may increase the chances of rejecting your transplanted organ. The treatment will continue for as long as you need it to prevent rejection.

BOSENTAS 62.5MG TABLET contains Bosentan which belongs to the group of medicines called Endothelin receptor antagonists. BOSENTAS 62.5MG TABLET is used to manage pulmonary arterial hypertension in affected individuals which is a disease that occurs due to high blood pressure in blood vessels that carry blood from heart to the lungs.

BOSENTAS 62.5MG TABLET is also used in adults to reduce digital ulcers (sores on the fingers and toes) that occurs due to scleroderma which is a chronic disease that cause skin to become thick and hard.

BOSENTAS 62.5MG TABLET is not recommended for use in patients allergic to Bosentan. It is also not recommended for use in patients suffering from liver problems.

Before taking BOSENTAS 62.5MG TABLET, inform your doctor if you are planning to father a child, and/or have kidney problems (such as impaired renal function).

BOSENTAS 62.5MG TABLET is generally not recommended for use during pregnancy and in women planning for pregnancy since the medicine may cause harm to the unborn child. It is also not recommended for use in breastfeeding women since it is not known whether the medicine may pass through breastmilk.
